What is the Books-To-Go program?
The Stewart County Public Library provides free pick-up and delivery of library materials for Stewart County residents who are temporarily or permanently home bound regardless of age. Materials are selected according to the customer’s preferences listed on the application form. The library materials are checked out, delivered and picked up by a library staff member.
We offer regular and large print books, audio books, DVDs, and magazines.
Each home bound patron receives one monthly pick-up and delivery of library materials. Materials are checked out for a four-week period and may be renewed if necessary.
How do you get this service started?
Just fill out and sign the Home bound Delivery Service application located at the link below, pick one up at our library or call and we can assist you in filling the form out. After you fill the form out, return it to the library.
